When To Tell People You’re Pregnant
I’ve had a couple of friends who, when they became pregnant, didn’t tell anyone until they were past three months. Also, I’m sure many people have people who also do that. Of course there is no right or wrong answer as to the best time to tell family and friends that you are pregnant but I sometimes wonder why people wait.
It’s been said by some people that they have waited or would wait until after three months because if they miscarry then they don’t have to go and tell everyone about it. But, wouldn’t you want your family and friend’s support at a time like that? And not have them wondering ‘What’s the matter with her?’ when you become really upset about it.
Also, I’m pretty biased for the telling of the matter because I pretty much told everyone I came in contact with when I found out, LOL. It was so exciting that I wanted to share it as soon as possible, and I’ve never been one for keeping things quiet.
Of course I understand it’s a matter of personal preference but it is an interesting topic. When did you tell people you were pregnant?
