Went Jogging Last Night!!
In order for me to lose 15 pounds by Dec 17th I need to exercise in addition to eating well. My friend Judy lost 10 pounds quite quickly - two or three weeks - by adding jogging to her eating well routine so… yes, you guessed it… she is encouraging me to jog too! And, I have to say I’m very happy about it!
Though I wondered if I would pass out at times (LOL) I did quite well for my first time and I’m ready to get back at it again. Because of the rain today I can’t jog outside. Instead I’ll get on my mini trampoline tonight while I catch up on some shows I have PVR’d
I really can’t wait to get this last 15 pound off!!! ![]()
