It’s time to get back with my personal trainer.

I have 11 sessions left with my personal trainer. If I could just get a refund I’d be happy - I reallly don’t want to continue. But, since that’s not an option, I might as well just use up my sessions. The problem is, I tend to build muscle fast and last time I ended up having my thighs get big and I really don’t want that to happen again. I’m thinking maybe I’ll just ask her to jog/run with me. I’ve always wanted to get the stamina to do a 5k run… hmmm… yah maybe I’ll try that ![]()
