Free breastfeeding help
I’ll never forget a conversation I had with my sister when I was pregnant with my first child (she on the other hand had just downloaded her fourth). She asked me if I was planning on breastfeeding the baby and I said yes. She told me that things would be challenging for the first few weeks but that if I could hang in there, it would be smooth sailing from that point.
I remember thinking: “What’s so difficult about it? You just put the baby to your breast and they drink?”
Oh how I laugh at that now! Of course, I know now that Mommies need the right information and support to breastfeed their babies. Here are a couple of resources:
