Eat together, save your family
Just the other day I was reading an article about the importance of families eating together. Did you know that long term studies have shown that familes who eat dinner together at least 3 times a week are much happier and more successful than families who don’t?
There is even a connection between teens, drug abuse and early sexual activity and the number of times the family sits down to supper. Who knew that such a simple activity could have such profound benefits? One article shares some cool stats on this.
