Well here we are again… my pants - yes even my “fat pants” - are tight. I’ve become a walking, talking definition of what “muffin top” means as my pants not so gracefully pouff over the top of my pants LOL! …ack… not that funny really.
So, now what to do about it? I’ve tried not to eat so much but darnit I’m having a tough time with it. I’m thinking now of maybe trying natural weight loss supplements. We’ll see what works. I’ll keep you posted

When I have the sweets cravings hit I tend to go for some jube jubes “gummies” as my kids call them :). I’ll also have a small bag of Doritos for 250 calories if I’m feeling like I MUST have chips but man o man, the calories add up fast if I’m eating regular potato chips - so I tend to avoid even having them in my house LOL!

Maybe I need my own personal trainer this time, or maybe I can do this on my own. Sigh… once again I find myself stuck at a plateau of weight and I so badly would like to be 10 pounds lighter. Not that I seem to want it badly enough to stop eating LOL! I just want it most days

Well, I’m not sure what the best diet pills are but once again I feel like I need to find out LOL! UGH, I’m soo bloated today I feel like I might burst – and that is going to be gross for all of my coworkers who are within a close proximity
. Let me apologize now J Seriously though, I’ve been on a bit of an eating binge. Maybe it’s hormonal. I can at least hope that it will pass and then I can feel human again

I have 11 sessions left with my personal trainer. If I could just get a refund I’d be happy - I reallly don’t want to continue. But, since that’s not an option, I might as well just use up my sessions. The problem is, I tend to build muscle fast and last time I ended up having my thighs get big and I really don’t want that to happen again. I’m thinking maybe I’ll just ask her to jog/run with me. I’ve always wanted to get the stamina to do a 5k run… hmmm… yah maybe I’ll try that

Well, let’s get out the diet pills and see if I can lose the weight I gained over the last week and a half
. Yes, it’s true, it looks like (according to my very accurate scale) I’ve gained 3 or 4 pounds! I’m not impressed with myself by any means. As such I’ll be watching what I eat for a while - until that weight is off and likely about 10 pounds more!

I think it’s because I’ve had a tummy tuck and can now wear things I couldn’t wear before… My mind keeps wandering to Halloween and what I’ll be this year. I remember a couple years ago I really wanted to be Cat Woman but of course, with my baby belly (still lingering after 5 years) there was no way I’d look good in that tight of a costume.
This year though I’m thinking about, maybe not Cat Woman, but someone else sexy like her. I might even throw my own party with fun Halloween invitations and everything. I’m so excited!

It’s time for me shop for a treadmill but man do they vary in price! I really don’t know why they vary so much and what it is that makes treadmills so different from each other - other than price.
I know that some of them don’t even have a motor; the belt just moves as you run (like you push it along with your feet). And, some of them have a lot of bells and whistles, but the ones in the middle price-range seem all the same to me! I wish it was easier to buy one. I guess though that I’ll just stick with the one with a good warrenty and the lowest price with all the whistles I want

At work we decided to have a weight loss competition. I’m happy to say that, this morning when I weighed in, I was down 2 pounds. That’s great news for two reasons. One, I want to lose twenty pounds so I’m 10% done
. The second reason is that, had I gained weight, I’d have had to pay $5
.
I’m going to bring in some exercise this next week though. I really want that weight off as fast as possible! Bring on the gym shoes and the elliptical!! Woo Hoo!!

Personally I can’t usually find the “umphff” to do it LOL. I promise myself I will, but then I end up working or watching TV instead - telling myself I’ll do twice as much tomorrow. It must be the way some of us are wired. I know that, for me, a workout buddy is my best option. If I know that someone is expecting me to meet them at the gym or outside for a run, I know I won’t let them down. On the other hand, if I have to depend on myself to put in a video of, let’s say, Yoga for beginners, the chances are pretty slim that I’ll stick with it for more than a week. Sad but true…
