Are Real Estate Agents All Rich?
I keep wondering if, given how high the commission fees are for a real estate agent, they are all very well off financially. Okay, well maybe not ALL of them LOL!! But, certainly those who manage to sell even 5 houses a year must do okay. I guess the trick is to be the lucky agent who sells at least 5 house - and if they don’t do that, they’re in trouble. BUT to be one of the lucky ones and sell several, high value homes… well THAT would mean being very well off thanks!
The thing is though, I’ve never really seen someone who was very well off financially, and then found out later that the person was a real estate agent. I just can’t figure out why…
