Aches and pains

It’s funny but when I feel good I really tend to take it for granted. I know that sounds silly but when I have an ache I realize how lucky I was to feel good… know what I mean?
Similarly I feel bad for people who are in pain all the time. Like someone who is in pain just walking. Like someone who has arthritis - that would be really tough
