Okay, following on the “I’m a huge GRUMP” theme from my last post, I have to vent about two sales girls at a clothing store I was at last week. They were standing, facing each other behind the cashier’s counter, chatting away while I stood waiting for ONE of them - just one - to notice me and let me pay so I could get home to my kiddos.
Well, I swear they just stood there chatting - one of them, I think her name was Alli (whose boyfriend sounds like a real piece of work!), actually looked right at me - for 2 solid minutes!
Now I know 2 minutes isn’t that long of a time, but when you are just standing there, waiting, it’s a very LONG time. What’s realy upsetting about all of it is that I didn’t have the nerve to complain once they did check me out and let me pay. Usually I get a small comment in but this time I didn’t - don’t know why - I just kept quiet… Of course NOW I can’t shut up about it LOL!!

Really I am and it’s so bad that even saying “sorry” about it is a huge stretch 
.
I feel like a used cisco or maybe even “the grumpy ol’ troll who lives under the bridge” (if you have kids who like Dora, you know that song very well 
). I’m not sure what my problem is but I’m hoping that a good, long night’s sleep will do the trick! Heck it can’t hurt and frankly, I LOVE to sleep… and eat… but I’m trying not to over-eat these days will Summer fast approaching! So, sleep it is!

It’s time once again to get to Spring cleaning (even if it does look like Winter!)! Get out the garbage bags, boxes, box cutter and packing tape - I have some sorting to do! 
I have a love-hate relationship with it but once I get into it, I get very fired up to sort and tidy like a mad woman LOL!! Right now it’s mostly the kids’ clothes and toys that drive me coo-coo. But, the kitchen could also use a good purging; and my clothes; and the storage room; and the spare room closet where we keep all the stuff that doesn’t have a home anywhere else
Yeah, I have a lot of Spring cleaning to get to. I’m thinking about an extra strong coffee on Saturday Go ahead and join me - you do your house too this weekend

I have a serious itch to redo some rooms in the house. We have so much brown and beige and I’m itching for some blue, yellow and red! Yes, I’m needing some home improvements as soon as possible.
I don’t need to do anything major really but the colours really need to be perked up. I may redo some curtains or maybe pillows to get my feet wet while I decide exactly what to do BUT it’s coming!!

I have to admit, we bought equipment so that I could work out at home and it basically worked out to be a total waste of money ! For me, and lots of other people like me, home gym equipment is a sexy purchase BUT without the push to workout from a friend or even a trainer, I’m not going to do it 
. I’ll pretty much always find something else to do LOL!! How about you though? Do you workout?

Is it just me or is it odd that some mortgage lenders advertise that they will lend money to people that banks won’t lend money to? Aren’t they high risk? Do they really make enough money with the higher interest to make up for those people who don’t end up being able to pay their payments? …is that a lot of questions in a row? LOL!!

Today was the first taste of non-freezing cold weather we have had in far too long. I thoroughly enjoyed every second that I was outside in the sun! It got me to thinking about summer too and I’m soo excirted about it 
I’m ready for summer office clothes - shopping! fun! - feeling the sun on my face, Wiley X ), sexy sunglasses and relaxing with my kids anywhere at all. For now though, I’ll just enjoy not feeling like I’m getting frostbite when I walk to work . Baby steps!

I know I need to be more technical. I say it all the time. …well that and I also need to be more up to speed on current events but that’s a whole other post
I want to watch a movie upstairs but I can’t seem to get it to work. I hear humming so I know something is happening BUT when I look behind the TV I just see a mass of fiber optic cables and wires and I just go sit back down . I really wonder how men are always so good at this stuff. Are they just born knowing stuff like how to charge a car and how to hook up electronics? LOL!!!

No, I’m not talking about a get away with Hubby. I’m talking about our next get away with just the girls. We’re going to look up hotel deals so we can get the best deals, and we’re going to go to all the good malls etc. to find great deals on stuff we can’t get here. I’m so excited!!!

Have you ever seen one of those bathroom vanities that looks like a dresser that’s been converted into a vanity? I LOVE them! I can’t wait until it’s time to redo our master bathroom so that I can get one . Yes, I’ll have to find it on sale but darnit I’m up for the challenge! Of course that’ll mean needing one of those fancy toilets too - the ones with the rectangular seats - I LOVE those too LOL! Oh, I feel like shopping LOL!
